This Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Squash & Caramelized Onion White “Cheese” Pizza was a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients:

1 Gluten Free Dairy Free Cauliflower Pizza Crust (I used the Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Pizza Crust)

(FYI - Cali’Flour Foods & Whole Foods both have parmesan in their crusts if you are truly DF)

1/2 White Onion, Sliced

Frozen Butternut Squash Cubes (or freshly cubed and peeled Butternut Squash)

Olive Oil

Kite Hill Dairy Free Plain Cream Cheese

Whole Foods Plant Based Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Alternative

3 Cloves Garlic, coarsely chopped

Directions: Preheat oven to 450. Over Medium High Heat, add 2 tbsp Olive Oil to pan and add sliced White Onion. Reduce heat to medium low and let simmer. Cook, stirring often to keep onions from sticking until soft and golden brown, 15 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and soft. Turn off the heat once done. Meanwhile spray sheet pan with olive oil spray and add Cauliflower Crust and Butternut Squash Cubes to pan. Bake crust for 10-12 minutes, or follow instructions for the brand of crust you are using. Flip the crust and bake for another 10 min. Take the Crust and Squash out of the Oven. Spread the Kite Hill Cream Cheese on top of the crust, and then top with the Shredded Mozzarella to your liking. Next, add the Caramelized Onions and Butternut Squash evenly spaced on top. Broil for 4-5 minutes so that the cheese melts, and the crust gets crispy. Keep an eye on it so it does not burn. Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
