This program is completely tailored to you and your needs. Every body is different and needs different things! After your complimentary 30 minute consultation, I will develop a suggested course of action for your program. We will focus on eating clean, whole foods, developing an enjoyable exercise regimen, and improving overall health. A custom meal plan will be developed tailored to the clients’ needs, and a virtual pantry makeover will be included where we get rid of any foods or ingredients that are inhibiting your health success. We will then do a virtual healthy restock at the grocery store where we will review healthy swaps for everyday items as well as recommended products and brands to try. Clean recipes, healthy food swaps, and supplements will also be recommended, with a link to my personal Amazon shopping list. Staying consistent with healthy habits when life gets stressful, you’re on vacation, or when facing cravings is where the real work happens. We will work together to make small sustainable changes to improve your diet and achieve your health goals. Whether your goal is to lose 20 lbs, clear up your skin or figure out your digestive issues, I can help! Sessions can be held in-person or virtually with results that last a lifetime.
