Meredith is a 33 year old twin with a passion for nutrition and appreciation for excellent food. She recently moved from NYC to West Palm Beach, Florida with her husband, Robby, who happens to be an exceptional cook and shares her love of food. Together they enjoy trying new restaurants, testing out recipes, and doing Solidcore workouts. After 7 years working in fashion, Meredith decided she wanted to make a career out of doing what she loves, and enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s health coaching program. At the school, she studied 100’s of dietary theories and learned from researchers, doctors, and nutrition experts who are at the forefront of the health and wellness movement. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Meredith offers a holistic and bio-individual approach to wellness in order to meet the particular needs of each of her clients. To achieve total body health, Meredith creates customized plans for her clients in order to help them become their best self. She has her clients set goals and then helps achieve them by taking small steps towards lasting, positive change. Her clients learn to live a healthy and balanced life, and find satisfaction in all areas of their life, including their health, nutrition and home-cooking, work-life balance, relationships & physical activity. My overall experience working with Meredith was AMAZING! I felt the best I ever did when I worked with Meredith. I put in a lot of hard work while working with Meredith and it wasn't easy, but the weekly check-in and 24/7 access to Meredith was so helpful and helped motivate and push me. My habits weren't TERRIBLE when I first started with Meredith, but during and after working with her, my habits have immensely improved. I make time for these healthy habits and prioritize them. I always felt so anxious about my social life and suffered from FOMO all the time. Meredith really helped this and it calmed my stress levels so much. I have not lost as much weight as I want to, but we discovered this is due to other issues such as autoimmune diseases that Meredith helped me discover I have.
