All ingredients are clean, and the full Grocery list includes exactly what to buy, with my favorite brands and access to my private Amazon page! You will learn how to eat healthy without feeling deprived. This 5 day meal plan is partially meal prepped over the weekend so you can quickly access breakfast, lunch, snacks & dinner throughout the week without worrying about what healthy dish to cook every night. Recipes have been adapted from various sources and are meant to feed one person for Breakfast and Lunch, and 2 people for Dinner according to the meal plans’ eating schedule over the course of the week. If you are cooking for more than one person you can double /triple the recipes accordingly to suit your needs!
