It has zero refined sugar, only slightly sweetened with 100% natural, raw maple syrup which has less of an effect on your blood glucose levels than table sugar or artificial sweeteners. Plus it’s full of heart healthy, glyphosate free oats, that are sprouted for easy digestion. The flax, chia and hemp seeds add Omega-3 Fatty Acids for an anti-inflammatory boost. And the Zen Basil Seeds pack in even more fiber and nutrients! The Ceylon Cinnamon helps balance blood sugar but always make sure to pair your granola with a protein rich meal like greek yogurt or milk!
