Protein Cookie Dough
If you know me, you know I love Cookie Dough! This is a protein packed healthier option that is the tastiest paleo, vegan, gluten and dairy free dessert I’ve ever had! It’s healthy, easy & low carb, at 7g per serving.
Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups finely ground, blanched almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
4 scoops Collagen
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons paleo vegan chocolate or chopped paleo vegan dark chocolate
Directions: Add almond flour, coconut flour, collagen, maple syrup, oil and vanilla to a medium bowl. Using a spoon, stir until thickened and well-incorporated. If needed, use a rubber spatula to fold together into a cohesive dough. Fold in chocolate chips. Enjoy! To keep fresh, store in glass container in the refrigerator or freeze.
