Guacamole
Ingredients (serves 4-5):
3 Ripe Avocados
1/3 Diced Red Onion
1 Diced Medium Tomato
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
Juice of 1/2 of a Lime
Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
Dippers:
Healthy Chip Brands: Late July Organic Snacks, Siete, Beanfields, Beanitos, Garden of Eatin
Veggies: Baby Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Carrot Sticks, Celery Sticks, Broccoli Stalks, Peppers
Directions:
Mash Avocados in Medium bowl with a fork. Add the Red Onion, Tomato, Cilantro and mash together well. Squeeze 1/2 of a Lime over the top and continue to mix. Add Himalayan Pink Salt to taste.
