The #1 Health Tip I give my clients….

99% of bacteria are "good bacteria", including the ones living in and on us. Different strains of bacteria feed on different things so a less diverse diet means a less diverse microbiome, which is not ideal. Diversity protects us from the effects of poor diet and lifestyle choices. If we are not eating the right foods, and diversifying our fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains and lean protein, then probiotics will help us supplement. We need to consider the impact that our daily choices have on our whole selves and probiotics are a smart choice.
